These terms govern your use of latchlineworks.com (the "site"), run by Latchline LLC ("Latchline", "we", "us" or "our"), and our demo text messages. By using the site you agree to them.
Latchline demo texts
Latchline demo texts are messages about a demo you request or book with us: booking confirmations, reminders, and replies to messages you send us.
- You join by checking the optional text-message consent box on our demo request form. Consent is not required to request or book a demo.
- Message frequency varies based on your demo activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive no further texts after opting out.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@latchlineworks.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing.
Using the site
You agree to give accurate information in our forms and to use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt the site, access it in ways it isn't meant to be accessed, or submit forms on someone else's behalf without their permission.
Product information and sample data
Product screens on this site show sample data, not real clinics or patients. Descriptions of features reflect the product as of the date above. Anything marked "coming" is not available yet. Prices on the site are for information; your agreement with us is set when you sign up.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Latchline is software for a clinic's front desk; it does not diagnose, treat or advise on any medical condition.
Third-party services
The demo scheduler is provided by Cal.com and is subject to its own terms. We're not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
Our content
The site's text, design and code belong to Latchline LLC. The Latchline mark is drawn from the Grenze Gotisch typeface, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Icons are adapted from Lucide (ISC License).
The site is provided "as is"
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Latchline LLC is formed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
