Privacy Policy | Latchline

Latchline LLC ("Latchline", "we", "us" or "our") runs this website, latchlineworks.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, request a demo or book a demo call, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Latchline also provides software to med spas and clinics. When a clinic uses Latchline to text its own patients, that clinic's privacy policy governs those messages. This policy covers our own website and our own communications with you.

Information we collect

What you give us when you ask for a demo: if you use our demo request form, your name, clinic name, email address, mobile number (optional), best time to reach you and anything you write in the message box; if you email us, your email address and what you write.
Your text-message choice: if you use the form, whether you checked the text-message consent box, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
When you book a call through our scheduler: the details you enter there (such as name, email and the time you pick). The scheduler is run by Cal.com, which handles that information under its own privacy policy.
How you found us: if you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source, or ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid), we save those tags in your browser's local storage and send them with your demo request or booking, so we know which campaign brought you.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site today. If we add them, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

To reply to your demo request and arrange and hold the call.
To send you texts about your demo, only if you agreed to receive them (see below).
To understand which of our campaigns bring people to the site.
To keep the site secure and working.

Text messages

The text-message checkbox on our demo form is optional and unchecked by default. If you check it, you agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder texts from Latchline about your demo. Consent is not required to book a demo or to request one. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any of our texts to opt out at any time; we will send no further texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@latchlineworks.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third parties.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of our service for us, and only as needed for them to do that:

our website and server host;
our database provider;
our email delivery provider;
our text-message delivery provider, if you agreed to texts;
Cal.com, if you book through the scheduler.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

Our own pages set no cookies. We use your browser's local and session storage to remember the campaign tags described above and to avoid counting the same request or booking twice. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. The Cal.com scheduler, when shown, may set its own cookies to work.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and consent records for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and as long as the law requires us to keep a record of text-message consent.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@latchlineworks.com. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, reply to any email and ask, or use the unsubscribe link where one is provided.

Children

This website is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
